Our brand new condo is minutes from the bow river trails, as well as high street restaurants and shops. Beautifully finished and furnished, this brand new 2 bed 2 bath condo has great view of the mountains and is a perfect getaway for summer hikes, winter skiing or just a break from the city. The unit includes a washer/dryer, a spacious kitchen with granite surfaces, a dishwasher and other amenities. The three seater leather sofa doubles as an extra bed for other guests. We are also pet friendly for those who want to take their furry friends on vacation with them.

Reservation cancel

You can cancel a reservation up to 3 days before the check-in date. Depending on the hotel policy you might be charged a fee for the cancellation. Read the hotel terms and conditions for more.

Terms and conditions

• 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) • Refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded. • Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques • No smoking is allowed. • Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $65. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
